What does the app do for security and compliance?
Client Portal Builder passed monday.com's strict app review process and was checked for specific security aspects. Data, such as clients, accounts and the portal configuration, is stored securely and encrypted in your monday.com account storage. The apps backend is hosted on monday code, the frontend is hosted on Cloudflare – both are SOC2 certified and transferred data in between is encrypted through SSL. Based on your monday.com account region, both the backend and your data are hosted either in the US, EU or AU.
